upon trying to change my email address in my account settings, I was referred to spree customer support via chat. I simply wanted to change my email address that I no longer have access to.

I was informed by the spree support agent that their system did not allow them to make any changes to my account. I told them that if they can’t make a simple change, such as updating my email address, then I do not trust them with my information. I then instructed them to close my account, that I was withdrawing consent for the storing of any of my personal data, which may have been provided during their verification process. This data includes my Social Security number, my date of birth, my address, my full name, and verifying documents, such as my bank account statement, and a photo of my state issued drivers license.

After expressing the concern and making the request to have my information deleted, I was told that my account was now “disabled” but my information would not be deleted due to “internal systems” this is absolutely unacceptable, as I no longer am subject to their policies, considering that my account is closed, which means that they do not have any right to store my documentation or personal information. Especially since I clearly expressed my demand to have my information deleted permanently.

The agent closed the chat after stating I would receive an email (mind you probably not to the email address that I provided for the update, but yep to the one where I cannot even receive emails), and stated that my account issue has been escalated to the next department. Nothing will come of this, and it is absolutely unacceptable to store someone’s information after they have revoked consent to do so, and completely closed their account!

They blocked me after I won $739.80. When I went to redeem my money, that is when they blocked the account. Ridiculous.

When I click on the email, it won't take me to the free spins; it just takes me to the spray casino, but then I can't find the free spins anywhere. Make sure all emails are working properly.

Promised to unlock my account if I logged in and verified another account my stalker made. Then I did what they asked and verified my account.

I have been trying to log in or get into my spree account since I've moved from California to Arizona. I have tried to show my location multiple times; sometimes it goes through, sometimes it shows I'm in Nevada.
